Do you offer returns?

Yes, we want you to love your Betty’s gear! If something’s not quite right, you can return it. Check out our full return policy for all the deets.

Do you offer exchanges?

We sure do! Need a different size or color? We got you. Bonus: all exchanges ship free. Start your swap here in our return/exchange policy.

I just purchased something. When will it ship?

Your gear will ship within 2 business days of your order. Orders placed on weekends might take a little longer (Betty likes to relax, too). You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it’s on the way!

Can I buy Betty’s chews here too?

Nope, this shop’s all about the look. You’ll find shirts, totes, and other stylish Betty’s gear here, but our chews are sold at licensed dispensaries only. (We know... we wish too.)

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Not yet! For now, Betty’s gear is only shipping within the U.S.—but who knows what the future holds?

What if my item arrives damaged or something’s wrong?

No worries, we’ll make it right. Reach out to us at info@bettyseddies.store with your order info and a photo if you can. Betty’s customer care team is on it.
